Cancellation & refund policy
Cancellations Made More Than 60 Days Prior to Retreat Start Date:
Fifty percent (50%) of total retreat fee will be refunded
Fifty percent (50%) of total retreat fee will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover non-recoverable costs including venue deposits, vendor commitments, and administrative expenses

Payment policy
50% deposit is required at the time of booking, remaining 50% will be collected on November 1st 2025. Due to the bespoke, collaborative nature of this retreat experience, $1,000 non-refundable fee when booking.
General Conditions
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 business days of written cancellation notice
Retreat dates and programming are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control; in such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or full refund
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the retreat experience
Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or venue unavailability), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will be offered rescheduling to alternative dates or full refund at our discretion.
