Hushed. Lucid. Intentional.
HUDSON, NEW YORK
January 8-10, 2027
A long weekend in the Hudson Valley with a small, intentional cohort of entrepreneurial creative women—starting the year on purpose.
what it is
The same embodied, sensory-rich philosophy as our international retreats, drawn closer to home.
The new year asks for resolutions. We'd rather ask better questions.
What did last year teach you that you haven't yet admitted out loud? Which goals belong to you, and which did you inherit? What would it look like to build this year around who you actually are, weird specialty and all?
Over two days and nights we'll do the honest, strategic work of setting intentions you can live inside: goals that drive you from within and meet the moment you're operating in. Slow mornings and candlelit dinners. Snow on the brick, and the river going quiet outside. A room full of women who understand what it takes to building something distinctive.
where we’re going
Pocketbook Hudson is a restored 1883 factory turned hotel and creative complex.
This inspired cohort of entrepreneurial creative women will set the year's course—together, but separately—with clarity and at the Garden Lab, Pocketbook's private demo-kitchen and workshop space. It's our salon for the weekend: the place where we eat, work, argue gently, and make plans.
Your own room for Friday and Saturday nights is a space for rest, reflection, and integration between gatherings, or for curling up like a cat in the low sunlight.
-
Pocketbook Hudson is about two hours north of New York City. Amtrak runs from Penn Station to Hudson station, and the hotel is a short walk or ride from the platform
-
This is a small, intentional cohort held to sacred capacity. Every voice is heard, and every seat matters.
-
Weird Specialty clients, Weird Salon members and Marseille 2027 attendees are warmly welcome.
Consider this weekend a winter prelude to May.
-
Hotel relationships, room arrangements, and logistics are thoughtfully curated by our partner Michelle Zelena of Zelena Travel.
