PHASE II: THE INFRASTRUCTURE
Systems & The Inner Work
What are we tolerating?
The operational conversation — grounded in values, not productivity. The table becomes a mirror.
This is where we look at systems, pricing, and client relationships not as logistics problems but as reflections of our integrity. Where our operations diverge from our stated values — that’s not inefficiency. That’s information.
Every creative business accumulates tolerations: the client whose scope creeps every time, the rate you’ve meant to raise for two years, the process you keep working around because you haven’t had time to fix it. They’re rarely dramatic. They’re quiet. And they compound.
This gathering names them — out loud, with witnesses — and begins to distinguish between what we’re tolerating for good reason and what we’re tolerating because we’ve forgotten we have a choice.
