PHASE IV: Culture & Collective Advocacy
What are we building together?
Lifting the gaze from self.
From our individual businesses to our collective power. This is the gathering that reminds us why the table exists at all.
Independent creative women are an economic force. We generate revenue, employ people, shape culture, drive trends, and anchor communities. We are also chronically undervalued, underrepresented in the policy conversations that affect us, and underserved by the structures that purport to support small business.
This final gathering of the arc is where that fact stops being ambient and becomes a prompt. Not a complaint — a starting point. What does collective advocacy look like when it’s built by people who understand their industries from the inside? What would we fight for if we didn’t have to fight alone?
The Salon was always intended to be more than a network. October is the gathering where we begin to see the shape of that something more — and November is where we decide what we’re each willing to carry forward into it.
