The closing celebration of the arc. Reflection, intention, and a real party — because this community has earned one.

November is the only gathering of the year that happens at a venue. We leave the intimate dinner table for something bigger — because what we’ve built together deserves to be celebrated in a room that can hold it.

The evening is structured in two movements. First, the reflection: each member arrives with something to name — one shift the arc produced, one intention for 2027 that didn’t exist before this year began. We witness each other briefly and honestly, the same way we’ve witnessed each other’s questions all year. Then we let the room breathe. Drinks, introductions, the particular pleasure of being in a space full of people who have done real work together and know it.

November is also where the Salon announces what’s next. New members. New arc themes. The shape of 2027. The expansion of the community happens here, in person, with the people who built it — so that growth feels like what it is: earned, chosen, and celebrated.
